New Village Braid Ambassador Program Overview

The New Village Braid Ambassador program is an affiliate opportunity designed to reward individuals and businesses for promoting our hair products. As an affiliate, you'll earn a 10% commission on every sale generated through your unique referral website url.

Note: The terms 'Ambassador' and 'Affiliate' may be used interchangeably.

Program Details

• Commission Rate: 10% of sale amount

• Commission Payment: Monthly, at the end of each month

• Payment Threshold: $50 minimum balance required for payout

• Referral URL: Unique referral url provided to each affiliate for sharing referrals

Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote New Village Braid hair products through social media, email marketing, blog posts, or other online channels.

• Tag @newvillagebraid and #ittakesavillage on social media posts, stories, reels and videos

• Follow @newvillagebraid on at least 2 of our available social media pages: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn 

• Use the referral website url provided to share referrals

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to affiliate marketing and consumer protection

• Maintain a professional and respectful online presence

• Do not defame the brand’s name in any way
  

Program Rules

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years old to participate

• Affiliates must have a valid PayPal account to receive commission payments

• Affiliates may not engage in any form of spamming or deceptive marketing practices

Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice to the other party within a reasonable timeframe

• Upon termination, affiliate's unique referral url will be deactivated, and no further commissions will be earned

Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, United States

Entire Agreement

• This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings

Amendments

• We reserve the right to modify or amend this agreement at any time, with or without notice to affiliates

• By participating in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
